Finding yourself with my guitar lessons
Don’t be a fool, ask yourself, what do you really need before you resign from taking professional guitar lessons.
The majority of people cough and choke through the first cigarette but are
afraid to admit they don’t
really like it. That's obviously a mark of immaturity, but what's the difference
between that and the constant unsuccesfull trials of learning how to play the guitar,
being in the same place for ages and then telling your friends how great it
was? Many young musicians are trying to blow their own trumpet to prove how
original, talented and independant they are but there is a limited time you
can pretend something like that and still claim you don’t need any serious guitar
tuition. Sooner or later you're gonna have to strut your stuff, and have to play out to show what you're really made of. How are you going to do that, if you've been bluffing the large, were only playing big all that
time and you need 10 shots of pure spirit to stop those knees and fingers shaking. You, in yourself, know you never progressed into a confident stage performer. So when you're ready to burst your ego - I can give you what you need.
Plan to get
guitar lessons. Not to impress other people, but reach your goals and become
a really good player. You will never achieve that by pretending that you can
do something which is impossible to do, without guitar lessons. You should
always be your own judge as you know best what you need and what you don’t.
I can only tell you that as a rule of thumb, all novices need some sort
of helping hand and if they don’t have a good player in their family,
they simply book guitar lessons. That’s
what they do if they are serious about playing the guitar, if they are
not, they refuse to admit they need guitar courses and as a result, they
never progress. I used to play when I was younger but gave it up! Heard that anywhere before?
