Music and learning an instrument are complicated enough without all the gobbledygook and my approach to guitar lessons has always been to use plain English. This is mainly because I am a self taught player myself and I have been able, over the decades, to form my own view of how music works and how it applies to the guitar. If you are new to music and the guitar, I suggest you go through my guitar lessons in order. Music is a blend of many elements and I have attempted to attack them one by one, in logical sequence. You will find that they all consist of personal one-on-one tuition and I will give explanations to you in a plain English commentary.
